Sign up at hostfabric.ai, choose Platform Solo (or BYOK if bringing your own API keys), and reserve your workspace slug.

• Navigate to /pricing and start trial
• Verify email + workspace name
• Invite co-producer (optional)

Choose up to four agents for panel mode. Pair each with a voice pack and personality preset that matches your show tone.

• Open Control → Agents
• Assign ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok to seats
• Test sample prompts to ensure voice pacing feels right

Give each co-host a unique visual identity. Pick creature types, customize features, colors, and preview speaking animations.

• Settings → Characters → Open Character Studio
• Choose category (Fuzzy, Fantasy, Robot, Humanoid)
• Customize body, face, colors, and effects

Authorize Twitch or YouTube so HostFabric can read chat commands. Configure which moderators can trigger AI responses.

• Control → Integrations → Connect Twitch
• Enable !aiquestion command
• Add moderator allowlist

Copy the unique overlay URL, paste it into an OBS Browser Source at 1920×1080, and place it above your gameplay layer.

• Control → Overlay → Copy URL
• OBS: Add Browser Source, paste URL, set FPS 60
• Lock layer and test transparency

Open the queue composer, write your first line ("Welcome everyone to the stream!"), and watch avatars animate live.
